This semi-detached house is in the inner-city location, in the south-western part of the village, not far from the center, near the nature reserve. One of the best locations, one lives quietly, but is still not far away from the action. It is only a 10-minute drive to the motorway, and it is only a 15-minute drive to the nearest train station, the Walldorf-Wiesloch joint train station. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and you only need about 50 minutes by car to get to Frankfurt Airport. The community is equipped with everything you need to live, including kindergartens, schools, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants. A car is not required to access local shops and/or amenities.

Reilingen is a community with about 7,850 inhabitants in the Rhein-Neckar-Kreis, the Rhein-Neckar metropolitan region, in Baden-Württemberg. The district extends over 1635 hectares. Of this, 16.8 percent is settlement and traffic area, 38.6 percent is used for agriculture and 42.9 percent is forested. Neighboring communities are Hockenheim to the north, Walldorf to the east, Waghäusel to the south and Neulußheim to the west. Reilingen is located on the Baden Spargelstraße and the Bertha Benz Memorial Route, which pass many sights. Since 1986, Reilingen has had a local history museum for rural handicrafts and trades in one of the most beautiful and oldest half-timbered houses in the community. Traditionally, the Reilinger lived from agriculture. On the sandy soils of the Rhine Valley, however, classic agriculture (cultivation of grain and root crops) can now be operated less profitably than ever. This is how special cultures were used early on. In the 17th century, Huguenots brought tobacco to the Palatinate. Even today, Reilingen is one of the largest tobacco-growing areas in northern Baden. Towards the end of the 19th century, asparagus cultivation was added. This is how Reilingen has developed into a nationwide known "asparagus community". The federal road B-39 (Speyer-Sinsheim) leads past Reilingen to the north. The BAB-6 (Mannheim-Heilbronn) and BAB-5 (Frankfurt-Karlsruhe) autobahns run to the east. Reilingen is connected to the Rhein-Neckar bus service and is part of the tariff area of ??the Rhein-Neckar transport association. There is a primary school and a secondary school in the community.
