At the centre of Germany lies the small rural town of Kölleda, as well as the associated Kiebitzhöhe industrial estate, roughly 10 km east of the next largest town, Sömmerda. Numerous other companies, including Krauss-Maffei Wegmann, MSP Möbelsysteme-Produktions GmbH, BCUBE Logistik, MDC Power, Office People Personalmanagement, Fromm Plastics, Deppe & Stücker, Projektlogistik Kölleda, Leadec FM BV & Co. KG, Logatec, WKS Winfried Heine, va-Q-tec, Schwab Klimatechnik and BMB The Coating Company are located on the Kiebitzhöhe industrial estate. An access road to motorway 71 is located just 1.8 km away, providing direct access to the motorway network and a quick connection to the Thuringian capital Erfurt. In the halls immediate vicinity, i.e. just 1.9 km away, is the Kiebitzhöhe railway station, which can be reached on foot within around 20 minutes, and thus offers a connection to the public transport system for employees. This also offers an industrial rail connection. From here, you can reach Erfurts main railway station - which is an important hub for German rail traffic - within about 30 minutes by train, and thus enjoy a direct connection to the ICE hub network. Sömmerda railway station is around 9.5 km away, and can be reached by car within roughly 11 minutes.

The well-positioned production hall is located west of Kölleda, near the small Sömmerda-Dermsdorf airfield - which, it should be noted, is not suitable for passenger or cargo aircraft. The nearest (and largest) airport in Thuringia, Erfurt-Weimar Airport, can be reached by car in about 30 minutes, and is only around 46 km away, while Leipzig/Halle Airport is about 1 hour and 15 minutes or 117 km away.
