My apartment is on 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. The inside of the building is recently renovated, has a new elevator with a big mirror and there are security cameras. Near the apartment you will find everything you need - within a walking distance there are supermarkets, pharmacies, tram and bus stations are right in front of the building.
The apartment is 60sqm and has a great structure. The kitchen is very big and features also a small storage space by a closed door.
The heating is included with the cold rent, additional costs are for electricity and internet, so everything comes up at about 1000 euro monthly.
Included there is quite a big basement space, and a secure place to leave your bike in the building's garden area.
Ideally, I would sell all the furniture - including 2 TVs, ktichen, almost new washer/dryer, bed,and everything else you see in the photos, including a huge wardrobe which is not shown as I forgot to post a photo of a hallway. The cost for everything would be 3600VB.
Taking over the furniture is desired but not a deal breaker.
