Einheitlich in allen Objekten sind die Konditionen bzgl. der Kaution, welche vor Anmietung eines Zimmers zu zahlen ist und nach ordnungsgemäßer Rückgabe des Zimmers von uns entsprechend zurückgezahlt wird.
In allen Objekten ist auch eine einmalige Verwaltungsgebühr in Höhe von € 250,- (gültig für max. 6 Monate).

All properties have the same conditions regarding the deposit, which has to be paid before renting a room and will be refunded by us after the room has been properly returned.
