This architecturally sophisticated building arises in a central location of Weil im Schönbuch overlooking the market square.
A few things can be done on foot: doctors, pharmacy, baker, butcher and a supermarket - everything near the building.
Very convenient is the proximity to the station of the Schönbuchbahn. Weil im Schönbuch has about 10.000 inhabitants and has a very good infrastructure.
