We are current tenants who are going to move out and thus looking for a new tenant (move in front of rm July 1st)

Fully furnished apartment, which includes:
-fitted kitchen (incl fridge, stove, oven, microwave and some more appliances)
-bed 180x200
-dining table with bench and 2 chairs
-wardrobe in the bathroom
-wardrobe in the bedroom
-commode for TV
-TV from the apartment (currently stored, as we use our)
-sofa on a balcony
-furniture on a balcony
-shelf with a mirror in the bathroom
and a lot more (some which we don't use is currently in a celler)
-Keller + extra storage room on other drool belongs to apartment
-parking space (not a duplex!) for extra cost
Landlord wants a tenant for a long sta. Kaution - 3 month rents (3500eur)
Some of the furniture belongs to me and could be taken over by agreement:
-washing machine
-sofa
-big fridge
-some other small furnishings and shelves

Partly furnished apartment, which includes:
-fitted kitchen (incl big fridge, stove, oven, microwave)
-bed with a mattress
-dining table with 2 chairs
-washing machine
-shelf with a mirror in the bathroom.
Keller and parking space (duplex) are belongs to the apartment and included to the price (so if you don't have car, you can sub rent it)
Your own small yard (~8x5m) where you can relax on a sun or plant some flowers.
Landlord wants a tenant for a long stay and min rent is for 2 years.
Kaution - 3 month rents.
Some of the furniture belongs to me and could be taken over by agreement:
-big wardrobe
-sofa
-clothes rack on the entrance
-some other storage spaces and shelves
