The rental apartment includes a hallway, a larger living room with a kitchen and dining room, 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. There is also a new washing machine in the bathroom.
The apartment also has a cabinet with a desk and a window, as well as parking spaces for residents behind the ramp.
The apartment has all connections and is also equipped with white goods (oven, dishwasher). Monthly costs are paid according to consumption (countdown counters). Heating is via the heat pipe of the city heating plant.
The fully furnished apartment can be rented immediately.
Rental conditions:
The apartment rental contract is concluded for a period of up to 12 months. At the beginning of the lease, the tenant pays a security deposit in the amount of 1 month's rent and the rent for the current month. The tenant covers the additional costs of drawing up the contract in the amount of €1,200. Monthly usage costs are not included in the rent.
The apartment is rented exclusively to non-smokers and without pets.
