The edifice, built in the 1720s, stands on the east side of the square. The apartment is nestled on the third floor. On the ground floor, granite arches punctuate the facade. Above them there are two floors with tuffeau-stone elevations and, at the top, a mansard roof with another floor. Ionic pilasters also punctuate the facade. An entablature underlines the roof. On the first floor, balconies with wrought-iron balustrades lie in front of the windows. From the road, a Haussmannian-style double door of solid wood leads into a hallway with an old wooden staircase, a lift and a door that takes you out into an inner court.
