The basics
I am subletting my fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment in Kriens (LU) Schweighof. area for 3 - 4 months, as I will be traveling for business.
Tenants must sign an official sublease contract for my landlord Gewerbetreuhand AG, which has agreed to this sublease.
Kriens Mattenhof station is 8 min by foot away, the train takes you within 7 minutes/2 train stops to Lucerne central station.
Apartment size: 80qm + 20qm patio.
Max # of people it sleeps is 4.
Singles, Couples, Couples with 1-2 small children preferred.
No pets allowed.
My apartment is fully equipped for people new to Switzerland who need a home base to search for their first flat. Also fully equipped for hiking or for business travelers (high speed internet included).
The building was built 4 years ago.
Apartment is located on the 3rd floor (of 4) with nice partial mountain views
The building has an elevator.
Parking spot available to rent.
sublease details:
Sublease period can be min. 90 max. 120 days.
Sublease start can be: Dec-20th or Jan-2nd or Jan-15th
Sublease end can be: max. April-10th
Registration/Anmeldung possible. Sublease contract needs to be signed for the landlord.
Tenants with personal liability insurance preferred.
The rental price/month covers every cost, from rent, water, heating, electricity, to internet, Serafe, parking spot, pre- and post cleaning etc.

1 living room with big couch for 3 people, which is extendable to a french size double bed, a big tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and a Chromecast. There is an electric fireplace as well.
1 dining area with a big dining table and 4 chairs.
1 20qm patio/balcony with barbecue grill, sun chairs, stools, tables, a hammock and a couch.
