Agri com, founded in 2008, administrates three farms subsidiaries in the western Ukraine with a total surface of 2100 ha farmland.
The 1900 ha farmland is certified for organic production by BioInspecta, Switzerland.
Austrian management at site secures professional conduct.
Agri com is also a trading company for organic crops not only being harvested from own farmland but also from other organic farms in the Ukraine.
The port Beresylav at Dnepr river is certified for transshipment of organic crops exclusively for Agri com.

Agricom Holding has 45 full-time staff specialists.
During the harvest season, seasonal workers are additionally recruited on average in about of 10 people for part-time work. Staff structure:
Workers:
23 specialists in total, 8 of them have licenses to manage harvesters and agricultural machines and 2 have licenses for truck driving.
Experience in agriculture from 5 - 20 years.

Middle management:
7 specialists in total, 5 of them bear a special agricultural degree with higher education.
Experience in agriculture from 10 to 25 years, especially 3 agronomists with up to 15 years experiences in organic farming.
Top management, laboratory and office staff:
15 specialists in total, 9 of them with higher education or MBA degree including those with a special agricultural, economic and technical education (6 specialists).
Experience in management from 15 to 30 years.
At the moment, specialists with higher education in the holding account for more than 30% of the total staff.
Agricom Holding supports and strongly encourages professional development of employees at special trainings, seminars and exhibitions.
Language skills:
8 top and middle management specialist are English or German speaking.
Agricom Holding has a centralized accounting department that serves all companies in one place.
Each accountant, if necessary, can replace the other and keep accounting records of another holding company.
This solution minimizes the risks of stopping the bookkeeping in the holding for reasons of illness or other reasons for the absence of one of the accountants.
For accounting in holding used “1C Farming” ERP application specifically designed for accounting and statutory reporting for farming activities.
The holding also introduced quarterly internal financial reporting based on international rules such as the:

Agricom Holding has an additional business activity being orientated to green energy usage for a future based on sustainable energy.
One field with a surface of 9 ha, being situated between field #26 and 27 in the farm of Radechiv, had been planted in 2009 with three different types of fast growing trees:
•3 ha - Italian poplar
•3 ha - Swedish willow
•3 ha – Robinia
These trees will be perfect for reproduction of fast growing energy forest on new fields with hundreds of ha surface. Even there next to our field lays an idle surface waiting for these new opportunities.
Generally spoken are available thousands of ha of surface with weaker soil in the north of Radechiv up to the border of Poland and Belarussia. A cooperation with Holzindustrie Schweighofer, an Austrian based company, would allow optimum exploitation of these idle resources
1.About 100 ha land plot will be available from the reserve funds through public auction between 15th and 25th of May
2.2. The farm "Sachid Agro Svit" (SAS) has a surface of app. 70 ha in the villages Lopatin and Chmilno, staying unattended this year due to transition problems. Also this surface could be integrated into our farm of Radechiv.

3.The village Shcurovychi is situated directly next to the forest of our field #22. The organic certified farm "Shchurovicy Agro" has a total surface of app. 600 ha from which are 380 ha suitable for organic farming, the other part will provide optimum conditions for the energy forest project
