The hamlet combines old buildings with more contemporary constructions, less than 10 minutes from the famous Futuroscope and its TGV train station (5.5km). Poitiers is 15 minutes away. Its high-speed train station (11 km) connects to Paris or Bordeaux in 1h15. A city of art and history, Poitiers and its range of universities seem to live an eternal youth. In addition to museums and contemporary art galleries, the city is home to a national theatre stage. An attractive and medium-sized town, with numerous shops and public services.
The house is set between an entrance courtyard and a garden. The building is semi-detached. Its external appearance has gradually evolved since the 15th century, without losing its character. The small garden is open to the surrounding countryside.

The ground floor
The entrance is on the side of the building, with a flagstone floor. The spiral staircase, also of stone, is next to the entrance. The entrance leads to a first room with wood panelling, terracotta tile flooring and a fireplace. A medallion representing a chivalrous scene adorns the overmantel. An adjoining room with a fireplace opens onto the courtyard. A second stairway leads to the first floor. The floor is simple parquet. Past the entrance and the spiral staircase, there is a further room with high ceilings, a fireplace and a terracotta tiled floor, opening on to the garden. The ceiling features regular beams resting on corbels. This level also has a toilet. Accessed from the entrance hall or from the last room, there are two wine cellars in a row, in their original state, with access to the cellar. One of them faces the garden.
The first floor
The staircase leads to a living room with a fireplace. The landing also provides access to a kitchen with a fireplace, which has been turned into a cupboard, and to a bedroom with its bathroom and toilet. The wooden staircase links this room to the ground floor. An unused room is also located on this floor.
The second floor
Accessed via the stone staircase, the second floor comprises two rooms with wooden floors currently used as lofts. The outbuildingsThey comprise a wood shed, an old sheep barn and a garage. The garage is recently built. The other two outbuildings are of rubble stone masonry with tiled roofs.
