this very spacious mansion is located on the edge of the oranjewijk, within walking and cycling distance of schools, sports clubs and shops. actually, the year of construction is in the 1920s and you notice this in the detailing of the house, especially in the very high ceilings. the build quality is already from the 1930s with its robustness and solidity. this of course includes building with a cavity wall and wider window frames, which means that various parts of the house could be made more sustainable: wall insulation, floor insulation, roof insulation and double glazing have already been installed.
