Das Zimmer hat ca. 24m2 und bietet damit ausreichend Platz für alles. Es hat einen direkten Zuganh zum Balkon. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit:
- Bett (1,40×200)
- Kleiderschrank
- Kommode
- Nachttisch
- Nachttischlampe
- großer Teppich
- Schreibtisch und Stuhl
- Sessel
Auch Matratze, Bettwäsche und Wäscheständer sind vorhanden.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
In der Wohnung gibt es noch zwei weitere Zimmer. Momentan sind die Zimmer noch frei, werden aber in der nächsten Zeit ebenfalls an junge Frauen weiter vermietet. Ihr werdet euch somit das Bad und die Küche teilen. Auch dort gibt es alles, was man so braucht: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche.

The room has 21m2 so that there is plenty of space for everything. It comes with direct access to the balcony. It is fully furnished with:
- bed (140×200)
- wardrobe
- chest of drawers
- bedside table and lamp
- big rug
- desk and chair
- armchair
In addition, there are a mattress, bed sheets as well as a drying rack.
No pets allowed.
There are two other rooms which are currently free but will be eventually rented to other young women, too. Thus, you will have to share the bathroom and the kitchen. You will find everything you need here, too: washing machine, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen.
Miete/rent

Die monatliche Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 800 Euro inklusive aller Nebenkosten wie Strom, Wasser, Internet und GEZ. Du brauchst dich also um nichts weiter zu kümmern ;) Der Mietvertrag ist unbefristet und mit Anmeldung.
