A 4-storey building, recently reorganised into 11 flats that range from 18 to 43 m², for a total floor area of 360 m², in the medieval centre of Dijon.
Known as the capital of Burgundy, and an "Artistic and Historical City", Dijon's pedestrian downtown area is where half-timbered houses stand side by side with private mansions from the 17th and 18th centuries as well as Romanesque and Gothic churches. The building is located in Dijon's historical centre, with its unique architecture, near the Dijon ville train station, the International City of Gastronomy and Wine, Place Darcy and the "William gate," built in the 18th century by the architect Jean-Philippe Maret. In addition, it is also very close to commodities such as schools, shops, restaurants and public transportation. Moreover, the City of the Dukes is serviced by a dense network of motorways - A6, A31, A36, A39 - and railways - the Dijon-Ville train station - which makes it possible to easily reach Paris, Lyon, Geneva and Luxembourg, while the Lyon-Saint-Exupery airport is also accessible by car or shuttle bus.
The building includes a ground floor over a basement level, two upper floors and a converted attic level topped with an interlocking tile roof.
Facing the street, the building's front façade, in very good condition, is clad in lime plaster and decorated with stone stringcourses, balconies protected by wrought-iron guardrails and supported by corbels, multi-paned windows with stone surrounds and folding louvred shutters.
From the street, an automatic wooden carriage door opens onto a cobblestone passageway, which provides pedestrian and vehicle access to the interior gravel courtyard - with five covered parking spaces in addition to one for people with reduced mobility - as well as the building's entrance.
Facing the courtyard, the building's other façade, also in very good condition, is clad in lime plaster and adorned with multi-paned windows with stone surrounds, which are protected by pairs of louvred shutters.
A flat, reserved, first and foremost for people with reduced mobility, is accessible from the interior courtyard, from where it is also possible to access the cellars in the basement level - via double metal doors - as well as a private machine room on the ground floor.
The other flats are accessible via the door located in the building's covered passageway, followed by a wooden staircase with a wrought-iron guardrail and wooden handrail, which leads to three flats on each of its three upper floors, the highest being built into the attic space.

The FlatsWith eleven in all, their floor area ranges from 18 to 43 m² for a total floor area of 360 m². According to the size of the flats, they can accommodate between 2 to 4 people. Besides the one flat that includes a living room with an open kitchen and a bed settee as well as a bathroom with lavatory, the ten others include a kitchen space/living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a lavatory, which is either separate or integrated within the bathroom itself.
On each level, the flats are laid out in the same manner. Some face the courtyard, some face the street, while others are dual aspect. All are in good general condition after the building was renovated in 2020.
Each flat includes a fitted open kitchen with a dining area giving onto the living area - with either a bed settee, sofa and/or armchairs, a coffee table and a television - a bedroom with a double bed, night stands, chest of drawers and wardrobe, as well as bathroom with a walk-in shower, single washbasin and a washing machine.
All the flats have engineered wood flooring, reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi and windows or glass doors with dimming and blackout net curtains except for the flats on the top floor, which have skylights with blinds.
In addition, several flats have preserved their original stone and/or brick ...
