I'm looking for a new tenant for my apartment in Fizz Munich for january 1st, 2025. The contract term runs at least until September 30, 2025 and is only open to students, interns and trainees. The rental is an all-in price, there are no additional costs apart from the deposit and a €99 admission fee. The apartment is on the 5th floor and on tve side of the yard.
The contract runs directly through The Fizz.
In addition to the very well-kept apartment with high-quality furnishings, there are many common areas: a large terrace, a study room, a large lounge with a pool table, a large kitchen that can be used.
Events take place several times a month, which means you can quickly meet new people.

The property is located in a busy residential area in Munich Neuhausen. Several bus and tram lines run nearby. In the immediate vicinity you will find several restaurants, bakeries, cafés, doctors and supermarkets. There are also some green areas and parks, fashion shops, bars, gyms and a dry cleaner.
