Kleinmachnow is a municipality with around 20,000 inhabitants in the district of Potsdam-Mittelmark in Brandenburg. The town is particularly attractive due to the predominant development of villas, country houses and estate houses in streets that characterize the area, lined with old trees. Over the past two decades, it has primarily attracted high-income residents.

The community is located between Berlin and Potsdam on the southern city limits of Berlin, close to the district of Zehlendorf.

From here it is approx. 35 minutes by car to Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER). The Ku'damm is about 15 minutes away. Potsdam city center and Berlin can be reached by S-Bahn S1 Zehlendorf / Mexikoplatz and S25 / S26 Teltow Stadt as well as by car in about 15 minutes. The regional trains RB21; RE1 and RE7 will take you to the center of Berlin within approx. 35 minutes.
