I’m a 32-year-old Italian who’s been living and working in Germany for 8 years. I work in a hybrid model and often travel back to Italy in the summer and around the Christmas holidays. I also travel occasionally for work or leisure, so you'll have the place to yourself every now and then.

When I’m in town, I enjoy an active lifestyle, whether it’s for work, sports, socializing, or riding my motorcycle. That said, I also value my downtime at home—whether it’s relaxing in the evenings, cooking, or having friends over for dinner (and you’d always be welcome to join!).

I’m hoping to find someone who has a similar lifestyle—someone responsible and respectful! Keeping a clean and tidy home is important to me, so I’m looking for someone who shares that same “cleaning vision.” There is a weekly cleaning schedule to make sure everything stays nice and comfortable for both of us. Although its ok to have friends coming over every now and then however this is I not a party flat - the usual atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.

I’m looking for a person to share my apartment with! The room available is approximately 15m² and will be rented unfurnished. The apartment itself is 80m², recently renovated (just 2 years ago), and has 2 bedrooms, a bright living room, a fully furnished kitchen (with a washing machine and dishwasher), a bathroom, a spacious balcony, and a cellar for extra storage.

The rent is 800€ per month, which includes all utilities, no additional costs. The security deposit is 1800€. I’ve furnished the apartment to make it feel cozy and welcoming, and you’re absolutely welcome to use everything in the common areas—like the fridge, kitchen appliances, sleeping couch, TV with Prime and Netflix, and more.
