We are looking for a tenant for our lovely newly renovated 2 Rooms apartment in Schöneweide, from December 4th until February 1st. An extension is ultimately not possible, unfortunately.
The apartment is located on the 3th floor, suitable for a single person or a couple Maximum, and pretty good for remote working, since the area is quiet but very well connected. Pets or Smoking are not allowed.
Area details
In less than 5 minutes of walking you can reach Schöneweide S-Bahn train station, directly connecting you to some of the main stations in Berlin (Berlin Hauptbahnhof, Ostbahnhof, Alexanderplatz, Südkreuz, or even Flughafen Airport). There are also options of Trams and Buses nearby.
At the same distance, there are 2 supermarkets (Kaufland and Edeka). There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the surroundings, too.
Apartment details
The apartment is located on the 3th floor, it is cozy, bright and fully furnished. It has windows on both sides, ensuring brightness the whole day. We are the first tenants after it was renovated.The apartment is rent furnished as shown in the pictures.
Viewing appointments
The rent will be 1250 € * MONTHLY * (bills already included), therefore one payment at entrance corresponding to December and another one shall be paid on beginning of January.
I also ask for a deposit of 1 month (1250€) to cover any casualties during your stay, which will be properly refunded once you leave the place.
