Lake Alster is just three minutes away and invites joggers as well as walkers for morning walks or romantic evening strolls.
The area is ideal for people who do not want to rely on a car as it offers everything one expects from a modern city within walking distance.
The house is from the beginning of the 20th century (Altbau) but was recently renovated. The apartment has a balcony and is fully furnished.
