This private estate, whose real name is 'Es Llogaret', has a large plot of land and is situated 3km along a tarmac country road from the village of Alaior, where you can do your shopping and find various craft shops and centres where the famous Mahón Cheese is made. The beaches, both south and north, are less than 15 minutes drive away, as well as the town of Mahón. A car is essential.
Exterior:
Although dating from the 19th century, it has been completely refurbished, maintaining its original structure and typical Menorcan style. The outside area is pleasant and spacious, with views of the prehistoric monument of Torre d'en Gaumés. On one side, next to the main façade there is a barbecue, with a table to eat in the shade. On the other hand, there is a natural shaded area (wild olive trees) next to the kitchen door, with a table and wooden benches. Here there are also children's games (swings and slide). The swimming pool (11m x 6m, and purification by electrolysis) has a special fenced area for children, it is surrounded by lawn and there is also a table with chairs under the pergola. In this area there is also a toilet and a shower. There is also a paved area with a basketball hoop and a covered area for two cars. A hiking route has also been adapted, which goes around the estate for about 1,500 metres.
