The size of the house is 86 square meters per floor (the balcony on the second floor and the terrace first floor are not included in the calculation). The ground floor with the garage and storage rooms is slightly larger because the terrace on the first floor falls over part of the garage. he second floor consists of three bedrooms, one with a south-facing window, one with windows facing south and east, one with a window facing east. Two of the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The room with the east-facing window has a direct door to the dining room - currently insulated with stacked insulation boards. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a hallway, a bathroom, a kitchen, a glazed dining room with a big dining table and four chairs, and a balcony connected to the dining room. In the kitchen there is also a niche.
