The dwelling is a spacious terraced house nestled on a calm street. It offers a total floor area of around 275m², spread over a ground floor, a first floor and a second floor. The house
The ground floor

This ground floor also includes an office, a utility room, a lavatory, a boiler room and two garages. The floors are tiled. A staircase leads upstairs. The shapes and materials of this staircase make it typical of the architectural style of the 1950s. Tiles and wood strip flooring adorn its steps. The staircase is fitted with a wrought-iron balustrade that has a chrome-plated handrail.
The first floor
The landing connects to a bright lounge that leads out onto a terrace. From this terrace, you can reach the garden below. On one wall, this lounge features a fireplace with a style that captures the era of construction when the house was built. Its shape recalls a wave. The rest of the first floor includes a bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a hallway, a bathroom and a kitchen. Mosaic-patterned parquet extends across this first floor, except in the kitchen, which has a floor of modern grey tiling.
The second floor
The second floor has four bedrooms, one of which has its own walk-in wardrobe, shower room and lavatory. Another shower room adjoins a bedroom. A third shower room lies next to the two other bedrooms. A separate lavatory and several storage spaces complete this level, which has wooden flooring.
